Bergen Museum Tour with lunch at Café Opéra
Discover the fascinating history of Bergen through its museums. Our first stop will be at the famous Bryggen. These wooden houses used to be the headquarters of the Hanseatic League from 1350 to 1754. At this time, Bergen was one of the most active and important places in Europe! Bergen has also been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979. Your guide will tell you all the inside stories and will walk you through this fascinating neighborhood and its Schøtstuene Museum. Later, you will move onto the neighbor fortress, the old King’s Palace. After the tour, your guide will take you to lunch at one of Bergen’s institutions, the famous Café Opéra, where locals gather and enjoy some local specialties.

Taste of Bergen Walking Tour
This tour will take you through Bergen’s streets where you will stop at various places to taste different specialties. From chocolate to local sausages, pastries and cheese, your taste buds can look forward to this.

Silver Artisan Workshop Tour
The gold and silver factory Arven offers a wide range of beautiful silverware and unique jewelry, all handcrafted and made in the heart of Bergen for the past 150 years. During this tour, guests will discover the production process and see how silversmiths and goldsmiths work with jewelry, pieces of interior design and silver cutlery. After the visit you will have the opportunity to try this handcraft yourself and go back home with a unique souvenir! Following the activity you will also have a chance to purchase vintage silver and legacy jewelry.

Hiking on Fløyen Mountain
Nature is on the city’s doorstep when hiking on Fløyen Mountain. Fløyen is an iconic vista in Bergen and a local’s favorite spot. On this hike, guests will leave the city center behind and discover Bergen’s Nature – the local way!

Bars of Bergen
Besides being a city full of history and culture, Bergen is also a vibrant place with a buzzing atmosphere. On this tour, you will go from bar to bar to discover the city, including a historical bar in the heart of town. Taste local beers and spirits while discovering the festive side of Bergen!

Our group activity day will be a memorable outing as Best in Class guests set off together on a fjord tour, surrounded by dramatic mountains, calm waters, and stunning coastal scenery. The highlight of the day will be lunch at Bekkjarvik, where we’ll enjoy a locally inspired lunch by the harbor.
